Event Participation Waiver, Media Release & Confidentiality Agreement
1. Acknowledgment of Participation
I acknowledge that I receive personal satisfaction and benefit from participating in events held, sponsored, or promoted by Christmas Between, including the Christmas Between Investor Luncheon (the “Event”). My participation in any related activity (the “Activity”) is voluntary, and I willingly choose to take part.
2. Release and Waiver of Liability
I hereby release, waive, and forever discharge any and all liability, claims, and demands of any kind against the Christmas Between Investor Luncheon, its affiliated partners, sponsors, venue owners, and all directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”).
This release applies to all claims in law or equity, including those arising from the negligence, fault, or conduct of the Released Parties. This includes — but is not limited to — claims relating to:

death or bodily injury

illness or infectious disease
-
economic loss or out-of-pocket expenses
-
property loss or damage
This release applies to me, my heirs, assignees, next of kin, and legally appointed representatives, for any claims existing now or arising in the future due to my participation in the Activity.
3. Assumption of Risk
I understand and agree that:

I may be removed from the Event if I engage in conduct that violates Christmas Between’s guidelines or safety measures.

I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks related to illness, injury, or harm, even if arising from the negligence or fault of the Released Parties.

My participation may involve risks that could result in personal injury (including death) or property damage.
By attending, observing, or participating in the Activity, I fully accept all associated risks and agree that the Released Parties are not responsible for any resulting injury, damage, or loss (“Released Claims”), regardless of cause.
4. Photo, Video & Audio Release
I understand that photography, videography, and audio recording may occur during the Event. By participating, I grant Christmas Between and its authorized partners:

the unrestricted, irrevocable right to capture, use, reproduce, publish, and distribute my image, likeness, voice, and statements

in any media now known or later developed

for promotional, marketing, archival, or storytelling purposes
I waive any right to inspect, approve, or receive compensation for the use of such media and release the Released Parties from any claims arising from this use.
5. Confidentiality & Nondisclosure
I acknowledge that I may be exposed to confidential or proprietary information related to Christmas Between, its film, concepts, strategies, investors, partners, or operations.
I agree that:

I will not disclose, share, or reproduce any confidential information learned through my participation.

I will not discuss private or sensitive details of the Event, its attendees, or its business activities.

This confidentiality obligation is indefinite and survives my attendance at the Event.
6. Full and Binding Release
BY ATTENDING AND/OR PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITY, I AM DEEMED TO HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO THIS FULL RELEASE OF LIABILITY, MEDIA CONSENT, AND CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
